Other than loading the judicial benches with mouth-breathing hacks, what else can the conservative movement look to as a ‘win’?

BTW, as I told someone last week, my biggest fear is that a Supreme Court Justice of the liberal variety will pass on (as they say) within the next 11 months.  That should have been what the 2000 and 2004 elections were about.
